As we enter our sixth year more and more individuals and companies are discovering the benefits of FTI's Mass Measurement approach to level monitoring. With a proven 99.5% accuracy our gauges can serve many purposes, not the least of which is a
big-time return on investment. Consider:

Increased tank operating capacity — commonly 22 to 25% with LPG tanks taking advantage of NFPA 58 regulations (v2004, section 7.4.2.2)
Alleviating the difficulties of thermal expansion and contraction on vented ASTs that can result in significant level reading variations between the day's high and low temperatures.
Transportation cost reductions in times of ever-changing fuel surcharges
Highly accurate inventory reports increasing company valuation
More accurate & timely purchases; stronger relations w/suppliers
A competitive advantage in a highly competitive market

Mass Measurement Gauging is not 'cookie cutter'. Utilizing Archimedes' principles of buoyancy, we start off by calculating the true weight of total product in the tank (both liquid and liquid in the vapor space. With a true weight, we divide by the known weight of the product per gallon to get the total net gallons.

Utilizing this highly accurate starting point we incorporate pressure (if applicable) and temperature from our probe sensors, along with specific gravity (as provided by your product supplier). This provides temperature compensated level, net gallons of product in the liquid space and gross product volumes. For vented ASTs we also offer an option of water sensing.

Your Payback:
Fueling Technologies provides you with increased utilization of your tank's usable capacity. In the case of LPG, the industry standard fill limit is 80% of capacity. Mass Measurement technology allows you to fill to 90% (NFPA 58 . This equals a 12.5% increase in capacity.

Additionally, you have the ability to confidently implement 'just in time' inventory, much like many manufacturing companies do. Our documented 99.5% accuracy (versus the ±5 to 7% of mechanical gauges) allows you to operate to a lower reorder point when needed. This saves cash flow and saves on trucking expense.

We can back up our claims. Make us prove it.

We're Fueling Technologies. Solutions for LPG and AST tank inventories.
